I finally own a waffle maker! I've tried two different recipes so far and the results have been so-so.
Does anyone have a tried-and-true waffle recipe? Besides Bisquick or Krusteaz :) Sadly, the French do not know the convenience of either, so I am left to my own devices.

Is it the thicker "Belgian style" waffle maker or the regular thin kind?
