I just can't get on board this wagon: U.H.T. milk. At the store, there are several brands of U.H.T. milk. In the refrigerated section, there is ONE brand and one can pick between homogenized or 1%/2%.

There is no nonfat milk.

Fresh organic milk JUST became available (and it's homogenized).

According to Wikipedia, 95.5% of the French consume U.H.T. milk and I believe it, after seeing other shoppers' cart contents!
