Well, the food on the plane could've been better, but Sophie was a dream! There was another baby screaming so Sophie didn't feel like she had to fill those shoes :)
It was a long, long day of travelling but Sophie held up admirably and we finally arrived at our hotel around 8 pm local time, eating McDonald's for dinner, and going to bed around 10 (4 am in France, so we'd been up around 22 hours).
